Kandua is an online startup platform for Home services that allows Homeowners to request verified Contractors for help with their home service needs. Contractors purchase the lead from Kandua using platform credit. Up to 5 Contractors can purchase a single lead.

N.B The company had already validated the feasibility of standard pricing for home services as a product through a B2B partnership with the DIY store Leroy Merlin.

As part of exploration, we wanted to analyse the current competitors in the market. A few direct competitors included Hands.ru, Urban Company and Takl. In-direct competitors included Sweep South, Burgess Plumbers and Versofy.
